In high school, this passion matured into a pursuit, as I immersed myself in architecture and engineering classes. But life, as it often does, had its own plans. During my senior year, I faced a heartbreaking loss when my mother passed away from cancer. It was a seismic shift in my life, throwing me off course. The grief, combined with the weight of new adult responsibilities, dimmed the bright flame of my childhood dreams. Graduation came and went, and I found myself drifting away from the path I had once walked with such conviction.
