Shipping Policy

SHIPPING COSTS AND OPTIONS

UPS is our preferred and only available shipping provider. The costs for shipping are determined by your location using an automated tool that is built into the website.

DELIVERY TIMES

​

Your items will be fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order and shipped by the following business day.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

​

We cannot ship to international addresses at this time. Only United States addresses may be shipped to.

 

TRACKING

​

Each order will have a unique tracking number. If the package is missing or undelivered, we will verify with the shipping provider (UPS) and issue our customer a refund or replacement package if the package is indeed missing.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

​

Items are packed carefully inside boxes, but if they do arrive damaged, please contact us at pitstop@teamteyko.com and we will review each complaint on a case-by-case basis. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged items so it is important that you contact us immediately and try not to disassemble any of the packaging.
